I supply a pre-listing package that explains the valuation of your home and the importance of pricing your home correctly from the start of the sales process.

Some people think that they can put a higher price on it for the first few months and then lower the price to make it sell.  However, the fact is that most of the people viewing your home from the MLS will be doing so during the first few weeks of the listing.  If your home is overpriced you have eliminated many of those potential buyers. 

Listing the home with a realtor and getting it on MLS is key to selling the property.  Once it hits the MLS you will have another 1000 agents looking at the property and trying to sell it for you. 

The key to selling your home is having it prepared to sell, prepared to show, and most of all valued properly!
